CHILDREN’S MINISTRY LEADER

Restore Community Church/Vineyard Church, Loughton is a vibrant, charismatic, friendly church of all ages, with a strong commitment to reach out to the local community. We are currently seeking a full-time staff member to lead the children’s ministry both within the church and out into the local community. This role includes the following:

Job Purpose:
• Inspire and excite the children of Restore/Vineyard Church with a passion for Jesus, with a particular focus on the 0-11 age-group
• Co-ordinate and envision the many volunteers who have a heart for children in the local community.
• To develop our longer term goal of providing an outreach programme, in conjunction with other local churches, serving the local community

Responsible For:
• Leading and co-ordinating an effective and engaging programme of activities for children
• Working with, leading and developing a team of volunteers
• Helping the church to engage with children outside and within the Church setting.

Salary: Approx £21,000 p.a.
