The Encouragement Factor

I am always so impressed at the quality of the Leadership Summit content; so usable and encouraging and inspiring... but an unexpected outcome for me is that, after watching and listening to these amazing men and women, I go back to my own preaching (which, for me, is at least once or twice on Sunday plus some weekdays) really excited, motivated and energised to deliver the 'real thing' back in my home churches - just watching them transforms me! I am put back in touch with the God given gifts of his grace and just want to see that grace flow in the churches I serve in! Thank you so much for keeping it coming year by year.

The Development Factor

The impact of the Edinburgh GLS is still reverberating in my mind.  It was a great experience.  Listening to such passionate speakers was inspiring and uplifting and I am determined to put to good use the things I learned.  I came home with great reading matter which is reinforcing my resolve to improve my leadership skills.

The Challenge Factor

30 years in ministry has not diminished my faith, but I do get tired and am often in need of some fresh spiritual sustenance. Wow!  Did I get it at the 2009 Willow conference?  Challenge, lots of it, Insight, most certainly, tears, quite a few, laughter, oh, yes. Blessed? You bet. My whole team are excited and ready to serve our Lord Jesus.

The Team Factor

It started with two of us going to check out the hype! Three years later, with a visit to Chicago in-between we were delighted to have fifteen of our leadership team at the ‘09’ Summit!
It is now the Monday after the Summit and we already have the plans in place to put the rest of our team through the DVD’s and discussion resources. Why? Because it works!
