How To Book : WCA US Events

 

1. Administration

ALL bookings for US events are undertaken by WCA UK & Ireland.

PLEASE NOTE that the US$ prices listed are not applicable to UK & Irish delegates.

 

3. Prices

US Conferences fees for UK & Irish delegates are listed on our REGISTRATION  FORM (Word). Fees are based around the US Early Bird rate, plus administration fees for your conference booking and global housing.

 

4. Accommodation

Global Hospitality with a Willow family is included in the conference price, and is usually available from the Saturday before the conference until the Sunday after. Click here for Global Hospitality Guidelines, Global Hospitality Housing Request Form (word), and Hotel information if you prefer to make your own accommodation arrangements (extra to the conference fee).

 

5. Travel

You will need to hire a car as there is no public transport to or from the church. You may be able to book car hire when you book your flights. Car hire details and area map.

 

6. Visa

Please ensure that you have a valid machine-readable passport. This is the only requirement for UK & Irish delegates under the Visa Waiver Program. However, you may also want to check www.usembassy.org.uk for up-to-date information.

 

7. Registration

Please complete electronically the Registration Form and, if applicable, the Global Hospitality Housing Request Form, and email them to Jude Grant, Conference Administrator, jude@willowcreek.org.uk. If you have any questions beforehand, please call Jude on 023 8071 0295
