What is WCA UK & Ireland's refunds/returns policy?
We offer a 28-day money back guarantee (excluding postage and packing) on most of the products we sell. Downloadable items such as MP3s and drama scripts are not returnable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, call us on 023 8071 0295 within 28 days of receiving your order. A staff member will provide instructions for returning the product. We will be happy to replace the product if necessary or provide a full refund of the purchase price.
Video/DVD/CD products may be returned unopened within 28 days of your receipt of delivery for a full refund. Videos/DVDs/CDs that have been opened may be returned only if damaged or defective for replacement of the same item. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

What is the cancellation policy for conference registrations?
You may cancel your conference place(s) up to two weeks prior to the event. An administration fee per booking will apply.
What is the transfer policy for conference registrations?
You may transfer your conference place(s) up to two weeks prior to the event. There is no administration charge.
Can I share my 2-day ticket with someone else?
Unfortunately not. However, in cases where it is not possible to attend both days, special 1-day tickets may be purchased. Please call the office on 023 8071 0295.
Can I bring my children to the conference?
Sorry, no children. While families are very important to us, WCA conferences are adult training events, so children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. Child care is not available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.

WCA UK & Ireland is a charity limited by guarantee. Careful consideration is giving to the pricing of resources and events in order to accurately reflect their quality and associated costs while remaining affordable to local churches. All profits go towards the ongoing development of WCA’s vision and mission to build up and support local chuches through membership, resources and events.
What is the WCA UK & Ireland privacy policy?
We use the information that you provide us to send your orders or event tickets to you. If you are not already a member of the WCA UK & Ireland or are a former member, your details will be retained on our database for future communications and promotions, unless you specify to the contrary. We do not provide your details to other organizations or companies, unless they are partnering with WCA UK & Ireland to promote a WCA event. WCA member church’s details (church, location, website) are posted on our website for networking purposes in line with the WCA’s vision and values. Your online payment details are processed securely by Barclaycard Business.
